Can't find "Referral ID" field
Look for "Referral ID (Optional)" text below the password field. Tap it to expand and reveal the input field. Some app versions show it automatically.
App not available in my country
Binance app may be restricted in some regions. Try changing your App Store region, or use Safari browser at binance.com/register instead.
Verification email not arriving
Check spam folder, wait 5 minutes, then tap "Resend". Add @binance.com to your contacts. Try a different email provider if issues persist.
Face ID / Touch ID not working
Go to iPhone Settings > Face ID & Passcode and ensure Binance is allowed. Try removing and re-enabling biometric login in the Binance app.
App crashes or freezes
Force close the app (swipe up from bottom), restart iPhone, and try again. Make sure you have the latest iOS version and app version.
2FA setup failing
Ensure your iPhone time is set to automatic (Settings > General > Date & Time). Time sync issues cause 2FA codes to fail.
