常见问题与解决方案
Can't find "推荐 ID" field
Look for "推荐 ID (Optional)" text below the password field. Tap it to expand and reveal the input field. Some app versions show it automatically.
应用在我的国家/地区不可用
Binance 应用在某些地区可能受到限制。尝试更改您的 App Store 地区，或使用 Safari 浏览器访问 binance.com/register 进行注册。
未收到验证邮件
检查垃圾邮件文件夹，等待 5 分钟后点击重新发送。将 @binance.com 添加到联系人。如果问题持续，请尝试更换邮箱提供商。
Face ID / Touch ID 无法使用
前往 iPhone 设置 > Face ID 与密码，确保已允许 Binance 使用。尝试在 Binance 应用中移除并重新启用生物识别登录。
应用崩溃或卡住
强制关闭应用（从底部向上滑动），重启 iPhone 后再试。请确保您使用的是最新的 iOS 版本和应用版本。
2FA 设置失败
请确保 iPhone 时间设置为自动（设置 > 通用 > 日期与时间）。时间同步问题会导致 2FA 验证码失效。
注册后：下一步操作
完成KYC验证
点击您的个人资料图标并前往验证。使用iPhone相机拍摄身份证件和自拍照。通常在10-30分钟内通过。
关联Apple Pay或银行卡
添加Apple Pay进行即时购买，或关联信用卡/借记卡。也可以通过银行转账存款以获得更低的手续费。
进行第一笔交易
